The 50's a game for your generation. The decades... everybody's got a favorite. One that shaped a big part of who they are. One that flipped their wig. Was yours the 50's? If so, bunny hop down memory lane. This is the game for you! We researched the 50's and found what was fun-what was powerful-what was poignant. The Fabulous Fifties was a decade of progress and prosperity. Most Americans had never had it so good economically. In the midst of this economic boom, Americans snapped up TV sets by the millions-as well as all the things advertised on their little black and white screens. Rock and roll exploded into the national consciousness. We had a love affair with our hot rods, custom cars and the open road. Social conformity started to unravel with rebels, beats and cool cats. In short, there was a whole lotta shakin' goin' on. Here's a quick idea of how to play this game. Buy property. Collect blocks of time and trade them in for a decade. It sounds easy enough-but you may find yourself demonstrating your hula hoop technique or spending Saturday night at home alone with a Mad Magazine and a TV dinner. As you rumble with another player and cruise around the board it becomes a little more difficult and a lot more fun! So grab your token and advance to Cruisin'. Who knows?
